The community council of Kato Drys due to its efforts for the qualitative upgrading
of the community has already finished enough projects of infrastructure
and embellishment.
Some of them are the following:

Paving of the streets of the whole village. |
| 2. |
Creation of supporting walls inside and outside of the village. |
| 3. |
Asphalt covering of the main streets of the village. |
| 4. |
Renovation and maintenance of the building, that accommodates
the restaurant "Platanos". |
| 5. |
Maintenance, renovation and transformation of the house of
Gavriel and Eleni Papachristoforou, a building of the 19th century,
into a museum of Popular Art. |
An immediate objective of the council is the concretisation of
the Agios Neophytos Center for general purposes. This work will
be built on the hill where the church of Agios Neophytos is found.
The repair of the church has already started. A botanic garden will
be created that will attract for sure enough visitors together with
a center for daily care of the old people and a sports center.
Apart from the concretisation of the above center, the community
council has planned some other projects between which are the following:

The creation of a park in the square of the village
that will include spaces of green, parking places, playgrounds,
sitting places and lighting. |
| 2. |
The creation of green spaces in the plots that are found in
the street to the school. |
| 3. |
The configuration of the school space. |
| 4. |
The configuration of the threshing spaces. |
